- How to login to EasyRenz?
Upon successful registration, you will receive auto generated password in your email. It means you are now able to login to EasyRenz Web/App.
- I did not receive welcome email from EasyRenz. What can I do?
First, look into your spam/junk mail. Search EasyRenz under “all folder”.
Second option. Download EasyRenz app and key in your email address, then click forget password to retrieve a new email from EasyRenz.
- How to setup fingerprint?
After u received eKey in your email, it means you can now login to your EasyRenz App

- Turn on Bluetooth and Connect to unit wifi infront of the lock to add your finger print
- Wait until you see 0/4 on screen then touch your finger 4 times
