Mobile App

1. Go to Easyrenz App, then click on   icon on the top right ribbon.
2. Click on “Renz Credit”
3. Click on icon on the top ribbon to reset Renz Credit PIN
4. Click on “Send Reset PIN Email”
   Note: A reset Renz Credit PIN email will be sent to your account’s email address
5. Click on Reset PIN
6. In the “Reset PIN” page, please key in your new PIN
7. Once done, Click “Reset PIN”
