Quick Check: Have you configured your smart lock? If not, refer to How To – Configure Smart Lock , then followed by configuring Bluetooth Gateway
- Connect your phone connect to 2.4 Ghz WiFi signal
- Now turn off and on the Bluetooth gateway. When the light is blinking blue and red, it is ready for configuration
- Launch EasyRenz App then click on Devices – > Lock
- Beside the search bar, there’s another button where you can toggle “Lock” or “Gateway”
- Go to Gateway page, click on “Add” button and you should be able to select device type
- Choose “Gateway”, and it will now start searching. Once gateway found, key in your WiFi password and give it a name
- Now, your Gateway should be added successfully
- Go back to Devices -> Lock -> Gateway. Click on the registered Bluetooth gateway.
- Make sure the network status is online
- Click on “Locks Nearby”. You should see “1” or more locks detected
Note: You may need to activate the lock by placing the finger on the Smart Lock sensor
