1. Login to “https://owner.easyrenz.com/“
2. Hover over “Properties” and select “Properties” from dropdown
3. Click on “+Add Property”
4. Fill in all the property information you would like to create as follows:
   Note: A property will require at least one unit to be created
   
5. Add unit information into the property. To add more units/rooms, click on “+Add Unit” and repeat Step 5 until done
6. Once done, click on “Add Property”
7. Congratulation! Your property has been created
   

Mobile App

1. First, launch EasyRenz App from your mobile phone
2. Select “Property” from the menu on the bottom
3. Click “Add” icon to create a new property
   
4. Fill in all the property information then click “Next”
   
5. Add unit information into the property. To add more units/rooms, click on “+” and repeat Step 4 until done
   Note: A property will require at least one unit to be created
   
6. Once done, click on “Add Property”
7. Congratulation! Your property has been created
