1. First, make sure you have created a property. If you have not, go to add property
   (Note: When you create property and rooms it will ask you to set whether you want postpaid or prepaid mode and charges per kWh)
   
2. Then, add unit to your property
3. After finish creating property and unit, you can link meter to the respective unit.
   
4. At this stage, your property, unit and meter are linked. Proceed to create booking for your tenant.
5. When the agreed room rental starts, you can check in tenant

Note:

Property and meter only need setup once when you first complete the installation. After that tenant section is the only part that require actions – follow with your tenant checking in and checking out from the unit.
