- Login to “https://owner.easyrenz.com/“
- Hover over “Tenant” and select “Active Tenant” from dropdown
- Click on “Active Tenant“
- Search for your active tenant, click on “Add On Service”
- In the Add On Service page, click on “Get Started” from E-Signature & E-Stamping section
- Select the contract from dropdown if you have uploaded one into the rental. If not, click on “Generate new one” to use our FREE Tenancy Agreement Generator
Note: Double check the information in your Tenancy Agreement to avoid any mistakes.
- After checking, scroll down to add E-Stamping (Optional) service. Click on “Add to Cart” to proceed
Note: E-Stamping is OPTIONAL, however it is advisable to stamp your agreement for safeguarding purposes.
- You will then be redirected to “Service Cart” page to review your service. “Select Payment Method” from dropdown, click on “Review Order”, then “Pay Now” to complete the service.
- You will then be redirected to payment partner page to complete your payment.
Note: It may take up to 30 minutes to verify your payment. - Upon successful subscription, you will be receiving two emails in your inbox.

- Host proceed to sign first, following by tenant. Both parties have to sign in order to complete the E-signature workflow.
